Bhutto Assassinated During Rally

Hours later, her body was carried out of the hospital in a pale yellow casket, held high by hundreds of her followers clad in black. |
Nobody's perfect, but Benazir Bhutto was a force for democracy and against religious extremism in a place where such a force is sorely needed. Here's hoping that she remains an inspiration to many, especially including young women, both in her region and worldwide.

Evil really fucked up this time. I suspect she will reach Martyr status in no time. Pakistan will either be dragged kicking and screaming into the Modernity or relegate itself to a little thug state that every one is scared of because they happen to have nukes.

I'm going with the second option here. Besides, it's not like they aren't selling those nukes to Iran.
